A Mentoring Opportunity
Mentoring was a need expressed by entrepreneurs in our Valley. Each mentorship relationship includes just 6 hour-long sessions (done in Hillcrest) and comes with a simple guide as to what’s most valuable to include in your mentoring role.
A Chance to Volunteer
You can partner with us as a part time or regularly. Volunteer opportunities range from joining our in-person team in job readiness weekly workshops and/or interviewing candidates and profiling them OR helping with school visits and the distribution of underwear to the poorest children within our Valley.
A Potential Employee
We ensure that all candidates have undergone our job readiness training, attended an interview with our team and to the best of our knowledge, have a truthful easily readable CV.

All of our candidates are based in the Valley of 1000 Hills and are eager to be employed. Our candidates range from having a Grade 11 certificate to degree holders, and too range in their levels of past experience.
